Velvet Berry - 10pc RASPBERRY MASCARPONE MALDON SEA SALT DARK CHOCOLATE The Story: Velvet Berry: Dark Chocolate lovers rejoice! Velvet Berry is a classic play on the synergy of deep dark chocolate flavors interlaid with the dark and sweet, even boozy notes of a raspberry liquor like Framboise. These loud and forward flavors are corralled by the creamy, rich mouthfeel of an all-natural mascarpone cheese extract, and heightened by a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. This may not be the first dark chocolate raspberry bar you've had, but it will be your new favorite. Each ingredient is combined in the perfect ratio to deliver a smooth and balanced experience. This bar is also naturally gluten free! Utilizing the Valrhona ORIADO Dark Chocolate couverture, these bars are comprised of certified organic/fair trade 60% dark chocolate, sourced from Peru and the Dominican Republic.        ORIADO is a soft and balanced couverture, with secondary notes of vanilla, and a hint of coconut. "ORIADO has a balanced character which instantly reveals the rounded flavor and power of its cocoa content, before developing into ripe."
