Rx Green Technologies Expands U.S. Coco Coir Manufacturing for Cannabis Cultivators

Rx Green Technologies is doubling down on U.S.-based manufacturing of loose-fill coco coir for commercial cannabis cultivation. The company imports buffered raw coco and processes, tests, and packages Clean Coco domestically, offering 100% pure coco and 70/30 coco-perlite blends. The move aims to address supply chain uncertainty, improve quality control, and shorten lead times for growers.
Rx Green Technologies is expanding its domestic manufacturing capacity for loose-fill coco coir, a substrate widely used in commercial cannabis cultivation. The company imports buffered raw coco coir and processes it in the United States under its own quality and manufacturing oversight, rather than relying on fully finished products packaged overseas.
The company's Clean Coco line is made domestically and includes both 100% pure coco and 70/30 coco-perlite loose-fill options. Products are available in large-format and ready-to-use bags to accommodate different facility requirements.
Domestic processing gives Rx Green direct control over shredding, blending, testing, and packaging before the finished product is released for shipment. The company states that every batch of coco coir is tested before shipment and that third-party certificates of analysis are available by product lot.
Rx Green says its U.S.-based operation shortens the feedback loop between cultivators and the manufacturer. Growers can reach production, quality, sales, or customer support teams that are closely connected to the facility producing the finished product, which the company frames as part of operational risk management.
The company is positioning its domestic manufacturing as a long-term option for growers seeking greater continuity and more predictable access to loose-fill coco. Rx Green notes that raw fiber still originates overseas, but controlling processing once material reaches the United States reduces dependence on distant finished-goods supply chains.
