TreeHawk Farms, nestled against the foothills of the Olympic Mountains, is a picturesque 200-acre family-run farm that has been tended to and cared for by owner Jason Olsen’s family for generations. The historic farmland was once home to Chimacum Dairy, one of eight family dairy farms that serviced the area until realities of the market forced the dairy to close its doors in 2002. Instead of retiring generations of experience, a new direction was envisioned that built on knowledge of the past while utilizing sustainable agricultural technologies of the future.Treehawk Farm’s flower is hand-watered, hand-trimmed, and hand-packaged. Our prerolls are some of the best on the market, as we have perfected our process over the last seven years.
